My Flute in Concert

Photos

Photos must be related to the theme "My Flute in Concert". The sender must be in the photo with his or her flute and it has to be clear that it's played in a concert. Photos that either do not relate to with the theme or are deemed inappropriate will be removed at the sole discretion of the jury.

Period

• Photos have to be uploaded to the Facebook page of the Adams European Flute Centre before March 16 2016. https://www.facebook.com/FluteCentre
• The 20 photos with the most likes on Facebook will be printed and exhibited during the Adams International Flute Festival on April 15 - 17.
• Three prizes are connected to the photo contest:
1. A professional photo shoot.
2. A gift certificate from Adams valued at € 250.00.
3. A gift certificate from Adams valued at € 100.00.
• The winners will be announced no later than April 12, and will be personally informed, published on www.flutecentre.nl, and also listed on the Facebook page of the Adams European Flute Centre.

Participation and conditions

Through their participation, participants declare to agree to the following rules:
• Participation is free.
• Participants must submit their photos via the Facebook page of the Adams European Flute Centre.
• Each contestant may submit up to two photos, but only one photo per candidate may compete in the final. In this case, the photo with the most likes will be selected.
• Both black and white and color photographs are allowed.
• The deadline for posting photos is March 16, 2016

Other provisions

• No rights can be derived from (participation in) this photo contest, publications on the website, or in internal and / or external communications.
• By submitting a photograph, the participant grants unconditional permission to Adams Musical Instruments to publish the picture with attribution to the sender and to provide for publication.
• The participants indemnify Adams Musical Instruments for any claims or responsibility arising from publication of the exhibit.
• By participation in the contest, the participant does not violate his or her intellectual property or other rights of third parties through submission of his or her photo. The participant indemnifies Adams Musical Instruments and any and all third party claims for alleged violations of these rights.
• a maximum of 20 photo's and a minimum of 10 photos will be selected for the final exhibition.
• Regarding the contest rules, the organization, and / or the outcome, no correspondence or discussion between the participants and the organizers/jury will be held.
